Cave Souris (The Mouse Cellar)

I'm been meaning to document the contents of my wine rack. I know there's wine in there, I can vaguely remember its colour/origin, but I have no idea what it is. So, from the top...
Hmmm... not a lot there; must be about time I went to France again...

For the wine, I'd order it roughly

But that's just a guess - I might be committing an offense to the Ulysse or the Alsatian (but it does sound like a dog...)

I had the Delas Condrieu tonight, from St. Malo (to make way for the Farr Condrieu that is coming - La Doriane from Guigal). It was surprisingly sweet, delicate, almondy peachy. A little more acidity wouldn't have gone amiss but it was fine wine. Perhaps some Emmenthal would have been better than the gnocchi it graced...
